James has been a longtime resident of SE Portland and in the mortgage business since 2002. During his years in the industry, he has delivered hundreds of loan packages for his clients in a timely manner, and has found solutions for dozens of financing scenarios.

James is also very active in Portland’s live music community where he can sometimes be spotted playing the bass guitar at various rock and folk venues.
