Divorce planning is a process that helps individuals who are contemplating or in the middle of a divorce manage and protect their credit, assets, dependents, and overall lifestyle. This is a fee based service that includes consultation regarding what the options for separating the real estate assets are, but owning real estate or getting a mortgage is not requirement for benefitting from this service.
